This reminds me of a beautiful thing I heard yesterday:

"When it comes to external situations, we are all differently capable. When it comes to inner dimensions, all of us are equally capable. It has not happened only because you've never paid attention in that direction. That's the only reason, not because you're less capable."

- There's no such thing as being more spiritually enlightened than another person. When it comes to inner dimensions, we are all equally capable.
